In this workshop, participants work directly with live diagnostic instrumentation and detailed unit-cost spreadsheets to replace speculative estimates with measured electrical and thermal data.

Module 02: Unit Economics of the Modern Hash Board

Silicon efficiency curves (J/TH), dynamic voltage tuning, firmware optimization (Braiins OS, LuxOS), ambient temperature impact on power consumption, and chip junction thermal limits.

Module 03: Industrial Power Contracts & Curtailment Modeling

Deconstructing KEPCO Industrial Power (Gap/Eul) structures, demand peak penalty avoidance, dynamic curtailment math, and calculating the exact hash price where machines should be paused.

Module 04: Facility OPEX vs CAPEX Sensitivity Workbench

Building custom multi-variable spreadsheet models for real estate lease structures, exhaust fan CFM requirements, air filtration replacement schedules, and technician labor allocation.
