1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Attendee", "User", or "Client") and Reason Connect Hub ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website (reason-connecthub.click), educational workshops, diagnostic clinics, spreadsheet calculation workbooks, and related educational services.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry form, or registering for an educational workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Reason Connect Hub provides technical, thermodynamic, electrical, and operational cost education for commercial computing and mining facility environments. All curriculum content, spreadsheet workbooks, calculations, and diagnostic demonstrations are designed strictly for operational training and educational assessment.

Our instruction does not constitute investment advice, financial brokerage, legal counsel, or guaranteed commercial profitability. Electricity pricing, hardware efficiency, and network difficulty fluctuate dynamically; participants are solely responsible for verifying their own facility engineering and financial assumptions.

3. Workshop Registration & Attendance

Due to hardware lab capacity constraints, workshop seats are allocated on a first-confirmed basis upon receipt of registration. Attendees agree to abide by all laboratory safety regulations, follow instructions from designated engineering instructors, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working around 3-phase electrical distribution panels and operating testbeds.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational manuals, proprietary calculation templates, presentation decks, diagnostic checklists, and digital materials distributed during workshops are the intellectual property of Reason Connect Hub. Registered participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these spreadsheet models for internal operational budgeting within their own facilities. Public redistribution, resale, or unauthorized reproduction of course materials is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in South Korea, Reason Connect Hub and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the implementation of calculations, hardware firmware adjustments, or facility alterations undertaken by participants outside our supervised laboratory setting.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea). Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
